About the Practitioner

My name is Brooke Eller Heider, and I am a graduate of Cleveland School of Massage and Advanced Bodywork in Solon, OH.  My goal as a massage practitioner is to educate people on the benefits of positive touch and to help relieve their pain and stress so they can enjoy life.  I believe the benefits of massage will slow the body down in our fast-paced world.  It aids in digestion, slows down the heart and breathing, and releases hormones that relax the body.  What could be better?

I was born and raised in Cleveland and moved back to the area in 2009 after living in Nebraska and Pennsylvania.  Since graduating from college with a BA in Business Management I have worked for manufacturing companies as a Production Planner/Scheduler.  After the company I worked for closed in PA, my husband and I moved to Eastlake to be near my family.  Having a tough time finding work in today’s economy I finally decided to follow my passion of health and wellbeing and enrolled in massage school.  The lesson I learned from the instructors and staff at Cleveland School of Massage will forever have bearing on my life since they instilled a sense of hope, knowledge and a passion for the industry. I will always remember what they taught, and will do my best to pass along the same inspiration they gave me.  I am looking forward to broadening my knowledge of the various types of holistic health.

In 2013 I received my Personal Trainer Certification from ACE (America Council on Exercise).  The joy of helping people to live a healthy and active life is beyond words.

I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, running, exercising, learning and anything that improves the quality life.  Being active and enjoying the benefits of massage and exercise has helped me to respect my body as the awesome creation it is.  I have ran 3 marathons (and counting) and countless half marathons as well as other distances, both on the road and on trails at our local parks.
